We have listed our current in-house capacity, but our services are not limited to this as we have very reliable relationships with suppliers of all services that we have to outsource.

  • Agfa Paladio computer-to-plate (CTP) machine
  • Epson Stylus Pro 9880 High-end digital proofing machine

This Means:

Our prepress operator will use the above machinery and software to turn client supplied artwork into a format that is suitable for printing.

Proofs are produced for the client to verify that the artwork is how they want it to look once printed.

Offset Plates are produced for the Heidelberg Speedmaster 74.

Heidelberg Speedmaster 74

  • A2 size - 5 colour with coater
  • Can do perfecting 2 over 3 and 4 over 1
  • Can print and perforate in-line

This Means:

  • We can print 5 colours in one pass
  • We can apply an aqueous coating (matt or gloss) directly after we apply the ink
  • We can print both sides (in one pass) 2 colours front and 3 colours back
  • We can print both sides (in one pass) 4 colours front and 1 colour back
  • We can perforate the sheet as we print it

FOLDINGFolding

G & K Folding machine

  • 850mm x 520mm
  • Can fold and glue spine in-line
    • 8 pages A4
    • 12 pages A5
  • Environment-friendly, water-based glue and no metal staples

Stahl Folding Machine

  • 640mm x 450mm

This Means:

  • We can parallel, triple and quadruple fold
  • We can fold and glue a brochure simultaneously in the one machine
  • We can fold your A4 brochure to DL saving postage costs on mail outs
